Candor Keeps Homeland Security’s $18 Million IT Asset Task Order


Candor Solutions LLC can perform an $18 million task order for an IT asset management program to the US Department of Homeland Security, the GAO said in a decision released Friday.

The department’s solicitation defined IT assets as laptops/desktops, monitors, toners, and mobile devices.

Protester Horizon Industries Ltd. failed to show the department improperly concluded that a lack of required experience for proposed key personnel rendered Horizon ineligible for the award, the Government Accountability Office said.
