Four teenagers were arrested and accused of multiple thefts, including cars, in Callaway County.
The Callaway County Sheriff’s Office investigated multiple reports of mailbox thefts and stolen vehicles in Mokane on Nov. 10 and 11.
According to a press release, multiple citizens reported postage stolen from their mailboxes and two car thefts. One vehicle was recovered by the owner, but the other was found in Fulton.
Deputies reported the theft investigation led to the arrest of four juveniles ages 14 and 15.
The teenagers were released into the custody of the Callaway County Juvenile Office.
They face several criminal charges and more could be added after further investigation.
