WhatsApp users faced disruption on Wednesday night, with many taking to X to voice their concerns about the outage. Meta’s Facebook was also down for more than 50,000 users, while Instagram experienced issues affecting over 23,000 users, according to the outage tracking website Downdetector.com.
Some Facebook and Instagram users posted on rival platform X that they were facing an error that said “something went wrong”.
