The Ministry of Technical Education in the Government of National Unity and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Studies have agreed to open a branch of the academy in the capital, Tripoli, through a twinning agreement with one of the ministry’s institutions.
The Ministry indicated that the agreement was reached during a meeting with the Director of the Ministry’s Graduate Studies Department, the Vice President of the Academy, and the Head of the Academy’s International Agreements Unit.
The two parties agreed to prepare a memorandum of understanding that would grant Libyan students financial and administrative facilities, in addition to the possibility of holding an exhibition for the academy in Tripoli this summer.
