Stagwell Agency Forsman & Bodenfors Names Justine Armour As Global CCO

Swedish-founded creative agency Forsman & Bodenfors (F&B) has appointed Justine Armour as its global chief creative officer (CCO).

Armour joins F&B from independent New York agency FIG, where she has served as partner and CCO since July 2023. Before that, Armour was CCO at Grey New York, leading winning pitches for accounts like Las Vegas Tourism, Modelo, and IHG. She also held creative director roles at 72andSunny and Wieden+Kennedy Portland.

“Creativity at Forsman & Bodenfors has always been about how we approach the task and the outcomes rather than outputs,” James Denton-Clark, F&B’s global chief executive officer (CEO), said in a statement. “Justine gets that creativity is the process through which we can achieve these outstanding results.”

F&B is known for campaigns like Volvo Trucks’ “Epic Split,” Oatly’s “Wow No Cow” Super Bowl ad, and Visit Sweden’s “Visit Sweden (not Switzerland).”

As CCO, Armour looks forward to expanding and strengthening F&B’s global creative offerings across its nine offices. She will initially be based in New York, relocating to London later in the year.

“The F&B culture is designed to support and produce creativity that stands apart and transforms thoroughly, and I’m looking forward to helping bring that magic to a wider array of creative talent and clients around the world,” Armour told ADWEEK.

“Uprooting my life in my late 40s was not on the bingo card, but it feels like a great time to be writing a new chapter for my story, too,” she added.

In October, F&B hired Denton-Clark as its global CEO succeeding Toby Southgate. He previously worked as CEO at Saatchi & Saatchi U.K.
