It should be said from the outset that robot vacuums are nowhere near perfect, no matter the price. The common questions — does it do corners? Will it bump into things? How does it know where to vacuum? — are extremely valid and have been present in every model I’ve reviewed (some better than others).
For context, the most frequent answer I respond with is they’re great for a once-over when you’re out of the house, or if you have an area that gathers dust or hair frequently, they can go over it multiple times.
